Hi All! Bouncing Grin

Well, here goes - my name is Don, and last year I was living in Philadelphia, where I started watching (and IMMEDIATELY got hooked on) "The Bizarre Bunch". I found this group not too long after, joined, and was trying to keep up and post, etc. - but real life sort of got in the way, and I ended up in a BAD living situation ...

I moved to Scottsdale Arizona in January of this year, and man have I gotten away from the shows and this group. Thing is, I really REALLY miss it - and though I always found the amazing amount of info on here kind of overwhelming, you guys were always so nice to me in the past, and am hoping I can sort of pick up where I left off ...

I know NOTHING about locals get togethers in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, or even what's on here outside of AZN (I would love to watch some of the dramas on there, there is one Japanese one in particular, but most of what I've seen on there does not have English subtitles). If anyone can help/steer me in the right direction, I would really be grateful; I am still very green to this, but have had an interest in Asian culture and languages since childhood - and, well, "The Bizarre Bunch" was just one of the most involving series I had EVER seen on TV; am definitely hooked, now that life has settled back down again!

My email is jadedwayjaded@gmail.com, I am a writer and former actor, and would really like to learn these boards - and more about the people - here, if I can; especially local people to me, of course, as I am still fairly new to the area.

Thanks for reading, am so glad to be back!

Don
Praise you!

Welcome. I'm sure someone will be around later today to inflict karma on you. Rolling Eyes But please don't let that discourage you from posting. Rolling Eyes
Mikey lives in Arizona too. If you find your choice of k-dramas too limited, you might consider subscribing to TAN.

Welcome and karma for your first post!

Jim is part way right - Mikey lives in Arizona. He could tell you what's available. Your other option is to join our video club and borrow KDramas to your heart's content. Very Happy

Wecome back then! Smile

If you start getting a lot of spam now though it's probably from posting your email address in a public post like that. Other members can contact you through the private messaging system on this board so you don't have to do that.

Thanks! I am trying to be on more than off - but there's a LOT going on here, and am thinking maybe moving to the area might have been a goof on my part ...

Hope all is well, and man where can I find good K-dramas here to watch?!?!

Don =0)
