This is a long shot, but I need a connection to someone who knows about the extent of western culture - specifically music - in Dubai. The person should live there or has lived there and can be a westerner, a citizen of the United Arab Emirates, or anyone else with such knowledge.

Perhaps his father could provide some direction. The ideal would be an English-speaking Dubai citizen or organization.
