Nam Kyeong Woo walks by Sae Byuk and Tae Poong. He is surprised to see Sae Byuk. Tae Poong thinks that he’s seen Kyeong Woo before. He walks up to Kyeong Woo and asks if they’ve met before but Kyeong Woo says no. Sae Byuk gets her eye examined and everything looks normal. Kyeong Woo goes to find out Na Young’s family address. The nurse at the office lets Kyeong Woo know that the person who received Na Young’s eyes is Sae Byuk….

Dae Gu demands to know what Yeon Shil was talking about. He wants to know who the other woman in Ho Sae’s life is. Yeon Shil tries to act like she doesn’t know what he’s talking about or who that girl is.

Dae Gu goes back to work and receives another request to continue working with Lohas. Dae Gu also turns down some interviews, he only wants to work on projects in his district for now. He calls Ho Sae and asks to meet up with him. Daegu picks up Hosae in his car.

Sae Byuk turns in her paperwork for her assignment to Russia.

Chil Bok announces during a meeting that he’s decided for Sae Byuk to stay back in Korea to work on the new project with the Italian clients. Soo Bin is upset that Sae Byuk won’t be going to Russia. As she is about to call Min Jung to let her know, Chil Bok tells Soo Bin to keep all this new information just between the two of them. Soo Bin gets mad that nothing is going her way.

Sae Byuk tells her co-workers that her name has changed from Jang Sae Byuk to Kim Sae Byuk. She tells them that she was an orphan but just got adopted into a family. The two co-workers are happy for her. Mr. Jang and Subin come in and find out, Mr. Jang is nice and the other girl says it's a shame you have to leave for Russia. But then, Mr. Jang tells Sae Byuk that her assignment to Russia has been cancelled.

Dae Gu tells Ho Sae about Soo Bin’s favorite song to sing as a little girl. It’s about the proper way to say goodbye. He tells Ho Sae that he’s not saying goodbye to Soo Bin in a very good way. Ho Sae says that he’s sorry. Dae Gu asks Ho Sae to be honest, he asks if there’s another woman in his life and if that girl is Sae Byuk. Ho Sae says that he had no idea that Sae Byuk and Soo Bin would become cousins. Dae Gu punches Ho Sae in the face and tells him that this engagement is being cancelled because they can’t deal with him anymore. He says if Ho Sae tries to go near Soo Bin again, he’ll take his last breath away.

Dae Gu is in his car, angrily saying, "How could he do that to my daugher?" He calls and asks to meet up with Chil Bok. The two men talk about their children as the two main representatives of each family. Dae Gu says that he’d like for the engagement to be cancelled. Chil Bok tries to ask for some more time. Dae Gu says that something like this shouldn’t be held off any longer.

Sae Byuk is so excited about not being sent away to Russia. She walks down the hallway to give Young Sook a call about the good news. Sae Byuk sees Ho Sae with his bleeding lip. She asks if he got in a fight with Tae Poong. He says, don't worry I got what I deserved. Soo Bin and Mr. Jang come up and are also surprised to see Ho Sae’s face beaten up. Soo Bin then gets a call from Dae Gu to eat dinner together.

Soo Bin tells Dae Gu that if he wants to talk about Ho Sae, she just wants him to give them some more time. Dae Gu says couples that need time to figure things out are people that have been married for more than 20 years. Dae Gu says that he just met with Chil Bok and they both agreed to cancel the engagement. Soo Bin gets upset and says that Ho Sae will eventually come back to her. Daegu says Hosae has feelings for someone else but she still protests and then stalks out.

Grandma is feeling the affects of taking Tae Poong fertility medication. Her heart is beating fast and she can’t sleep since she’s so hot. She's excited that it must be the medicine working. So Young tries to sneak Grandma’s real medicine into the refrigerator. Grandma comes into the kitchen and tells So Young to thank Hwa Ran again for the medicine. Grandma sees the medicine on the floor and it looks like she is about to yell at Soyoung but she just tells her it needs to be in the fridge.

Hwa Ran is surprised to hear from So Young that Grandma has already consumed half of all the medicine meant for Tae Young but Soyoung finally has switched it with a new one for Gmom. Grandma visits Hwa Ran at the store to thank her for the medicine. Grandma explains how she’s feeling after taking all the medicine and Hwa Ran thinks to herself that she’s feeling all the effects that Tae Young should be feeling.

So Young buys a heavy watermelon that she can barely carry. Tae Poong comes along and carries the watermelon for her. He says it’s not because he likes her but because he doesn’t want the expensive watermelon to break. So Young asks for the watch back but Tae Poong says it’s already long gone. He tells her not to worry because he’ll repay all her money. Kyeong Woo comes along and asks them for directions. They see that he’s looking for their house.

They all show up at the house. Kyeong Woo explains that he worked with Na Young. The two of them were in the car together when Na Young died. Tae Poong now realizes that he recognized Kyeong Woo from all the pictures Na Young sent from Africa. Kyeong Woo says that the reason for the car accident was because of a pedestrian that showed up out of nowhere. He apologizes for being the only one that survived. Kyeong Woo asks to know where Na Young was buried. Dae Jin says he doesn’t need to feel obligated to visit Na Young. Kyeong Woo explains that he was in love with Na Young. The two of them were planning on meeting each other’s parents after their Africa trip.

Chil Bok tells Hosae he met with Dae Gu and they decided to cancel the engagement. Ho Sae apologizes for being such a disappointment. Chil Bok tells Ho Sae that he still can’t be with Sae Byuk. He says if he finds out Hosae is seeing Saebyeok he'll do worse then sending her to Russia.

Soo Bin tells herself that she’ll ruin Ho Sae and Sae Byuk’s lives. She drives up to Sae Byuk’s house, practically running SB over. Soo Bin says that Sae Byuk put a knife in her back. Sae Byuk apologizes and says she didn’t want for them to break up. Soo Bin says that she’ll make the both of them regret ruining her life.

Kyeongwoo says goodbye to the family and goes to leave. Outside, Tae Poong asks Kyeong Woo if he could know who the pedestrian was. Kyeong Woo says that it wasn’t her fault and she probably doesn’t even know what happened. Tae Poong offers to take Kyeong Woo to the place where Na Young’s ashes were spread.

Soo Bin drives and has all sorts of flashbacks that led to the break up. She crashes into a row of bikes. Kyeong Woo stops Soo Bin from driving away. He asks her to take responsibility for what she just did. Soo Bin hands him some money which only makes him annoyed. Kyeong Woo takes Soo Bin’s car keys away from her. He says that it’s too dangerous for her to drive since she could hurt innocent people. Kyeong Woo adds his number into her cell phone and asks her to call him when she’s calmed down. He goes and picks up the bikes and she sits down crying by her car.

SB is in her room looking worried about something. Daejin and Youngsook are talking about Kyeongwoo and Nayeoung. Sae Byuk tells Dae Jin and Young Sook that she and Ho Sae noth have feelings for each other. They look concerned.

Min Jung found and ripped up the plane tickets Ho Sae bought for the States. Chil Bok tells Min Jung that he met with Dae Gu and the two fathers decided to cancel the engagement.

Yeon Shil gets extremely upset that Dae Gu decided to cancel the engagement. She says that Ho Sae will come back to Soo Bin. Dae Gu runs off to work after getting a call. Yeon Shil promises to get back at Ho Sae and Sae Byuk for what they’ve done to Soo Bin.
