This new drama, replacing "Golden Bride", will begin next Saturday.

First episode! Still have to sort things out.

There are 3 (or 4?) brothers who live with their widowed father, who owns a store of some kind. Their granmother may live with them - or she may just be visiting. One of the brothers works for a big corporation. He loves his fellow employee, who also loves him. He thinks she's poor and has family problems, but still proposes to her. Actually, she's the daughter of the chairman and is filthy rich, but wants to lead her own life. She's reluctant to accept his proposal because she knows what problems will erupt with her mother. She has an older brother and a younger sister. Her Mom (who has one helluva nice body!!) wants her daughters to marry sons of rich men and dress fashionably. The son is married to one of the daughters of the rich, but secretly loves one of his Mom's personal assistants, with whom he's previously had an affair. He's also a former classmate of his sister's boyfriend, though he doesn't seem to know they've been dating.

Okay, episode 1 was pretty good, and this show seems to have potential.

There are 4 brothers, but one is adopted - which grandma is constantly whining about. The eldest is something of an incompetent, wanting nothing to do with the family business and being only concerned with music and getting a record made.

The main female character is Seo Yun, and her sister is Eda. There's another young girl at home who claims to be an Aunt of the 2 sisters. She may be the (REALLY HOT!) mother's much. much younger sister.

Now Eda has become interested in a mysterious Hatboy she meets in Hong Kong. It looks like Hot Mom's ambitions for her princesses is going to be foiled.

This show is demonstrating a lot of potential. The cast is good, and, so far, the storyline is holding my interest.

Hat Boy, who saves Eda in Hong Kong and gives her his only coat, is a wannabe boxer who knows the adopted brother. Why he was is Hong Kong is rather obscure. When he gets back to Korea, he's kicked out of the gym and goes to see his friend, who sees he's without a coat, and takes him home. Within seconds of entering the house, the entire family is making him welcome. Each bri\other produces a coat for him, Dad gives him gloves, and Grandma feeds him. This whole family is the best of the best.

Here's how it seems to be set up:
The poorer family:
Dad is 20 years a widow, but won't remarry because he still loves his late wife. The eldest son wants to be a professional musician, but can't find work. The second eldest son is Jun Su, who works for a big corporation. The adoptive brother works with dad in the family business - some kind of food distribution. The youngest is still in school.
The rich family:
Dad is the chairman of a large corporation. He seems to be a pretty decent guy. Mom has an incredibly hot body. She only cares about making money and expanding the corporation. Seems very ruthless. And has a very hot body. Seo Yoon (Kim Hyo Jin) is the eldest daughter. She works incognito in the PR department of the corporation. She's in love with Jun Su, and he with her. She knows her mother won't approve, so she keeps their relationship secret, even lying about her parents to Jun Su. Eda is the younger daughter. She's a real Luxury Girl, but has fallen in love with Hat Boy in Hong Kong. All she has left of him is his coat, but there's a piece of paper in the pocket that will help her track him down, Both daughters are viewed as chattel by Mom (who has an incredible body!) and she plans to use them to cement corporate alliances through marriage. Sang Ook is the son of this family (and the eldest sibling). He's in line to inherit the corp. His marriage to Ha Kyong was arranged, and he's in love with another woman, who works as Mom's personal assistant. They've been lovers for some time, and I suspect she's secretly borne his child (she has a picture of a baby she won't show him). There's also this young girl (haven't grasped her name yet) who lives with the family and is obviously related to them in some way. She's very immature and will probably wind up with the youngest brother of the poorer family, who is also immature. Two other important characters are the driver and houskeeper, who are both aware of what Seo Yoon is up to, but protect her secret.

Kim Hyo Jin has a marvelously expressive face, and she uses it to good effect in creating the character of Seo Yoon.

This show looks like a real winner so far.

I'm so used to seeing Lee Jong Won cast as the heavy in k-dramas, that it's hard to visualize him in a 'good guy' role. As Sang Uk, he's tormented by being forced into an unhappy marriage, but also resigned to the fact he can never completely be with his true love, BTW, the spot on her nose really doesn't work very well. It's too dark compared to her complexion, and is in the wrong place. I'd love to see a parody of k-dramas in which an actress's spot migrates around her nose in consecutive scenes, or episodes.

Hat Boy finally reunites with Eda. It's true love for sure. Seo Yoon and Jun Su are definitely going to be together, despite the upcoming tide of her family's opposition. Evidently, Dad's going to get together with the housekeeper. But who gets the cute child, Jong Ah (is that her name?)?

This is still the most interesting of the k-dramas I'm now watching.

Jim I caught this one this weekend and yes I enjoyed it very much. It looks like it is going to be good. Junsu the corprate employee is such a hot Papi-Chulo! And another b-friend to add to my list. Actually I added him after seeing his hot half naked bod and cute face in "300 Miles in search of My Son" in which he was the lead. Alot of familiar actors in this one and the charachters don't annoy me so thats good. I am definately gonna stick with this one.

I'm caught up thanks to mysoju.com---The grandma boob thing scared me! Picturing my son saying that to my mom too icky! The cheating son's character is interesting---I think he's a -------but he's suffering too--He sold his soul to his parents and there's a big payback---The Hong Kong scenes were stupendous---Why do I think false mom was real dad's mistress She'll end up with the widower--a fidomom prediction.
