I've been asking ( ) about the whereabouts of Namseng now for almost a year. I had this fantasy that while DJY was kneeling before the stone obelisk on the last show that Namseng would come marching up the hill ready to offer his services in battle to DJY (a day late and a dollar short). I guess we will forever wonder what happened to that guy and where he was hiding!!!

I wonder how badly Li Wen was disemboweled by the Empress when she discovered he gave away all of Liaodong (which probably was beyond her definition of amity). Just seeing her face would have been a good thing when she learned about the giveaway.

Did anybody ever notice how Nemseng's dad
(the top general at the beginning of the series)
had an "Elvis lip" whenever he was disgusted
or whenever he was grumbling? Loved it.

PS....Nemseng disappeared / but so did his brother.
He went back to the monastery when the new job
as the top general didn't work out.

I thought Namseng's brother died when they were going through that struggle between who was going to become Supreme Commander. It's been so long that I don't exactly remember. I'm re-watching again, but had to interrupt it with EWG!(mighty good interruption!) I would like to have known what became of Namseng. He kind of rode off into the sunset never to be seen again.
