MB asks for water. Everyone is shocked. DJ has BH get the doctor. MB asks for water again. Doctor comes in and asks MB questions. Everyone except SJ is happy. MB calls all of them by name except for SJ. Sua asks why MB is not acknowledging SJ. MB just closes his eyes. Sua wonders why MB is mad at SJ. Doctor says MB will recover quickly. SJ leaves for bathroom and throws water on his face.

Vet Dad's family is celebrating something. UJ brought them meat. Everyone is happy. JY calls UJ by his name and everyone notices it. GJ feeds Vet dad. UJ feeds JY. Auntie tells JY to return the favor.

SY, Gambler and Uncle talk about business. They decide they can make more money if they do weddings and receptions.

SJ and Sua go home. JS and AD asks about MB. Sua/SJ go to room. JS is relieved. Sua questions SJ about MB's behavior. SJ says nothing is wrong. SJ hands starts shaking as he tries to undo his button.

DP/BH are in their room. DP questions BH about MB being mad at SJ. DP says she saw hostility in MB's eyes. BH says he knows nothing.

At the hospital DJ is talking to MB. MB says he loves her. DJ is touched. She thanks him for waking up.

SJ is tossing and turning in bed. Looking quite worried.

Next day at hospital MB is dressed and ready to leave. MB calls someone. MB tells DJ they will have visitors when he gets home. BH comes in to get MB. SJ comes in. MB ignores SJ. MB just talks to DJ and BH. BH gets MB into wheelchair. SJ says he will go back to work. DJ is not sure what to make of the scene

MB comes home with DJ and BH. Sua, Granny, DP throw streamers. BS brings in cake. Sua hugs MB and tells him not to get sick again. MB tries to blow out candles. BH helps him..Granny tells MB to rest. MJ comes to the Bong house. MB says to let him in and sends him to his room. MB is distressed. DJ brings in tea for men. MB wants to know everything that has happened at the company.

SJ is talking to BI. BI informs him that the residents have ruined the stage and blocked the road to the site. SJ is pissed. He tells BI to do anything possible - this includes violence. BI says they should try to convince the residents. MB calls SJ and tells him to come home (fireworks are coming).

SJ comes to Bong house. SJ goes to MB's room. SJ bows. MB tells him to resign. MB then reminds him that he fired SJ before he got sick. SJ argues with MB saying he is president now. MB insists SJ quit. SJ refuses. MB yells and has pain. Family comes running in. Sua yells at SJ and wants to know what he did to her dad. MB dismisses everyone except SJ. MB starts talking about the secret funds. MB launches into SJ about embezzling funds and double-booking behind his back. MB tells him to leave. SJ says MB can not fire him.

Everyone is outside listening to what MB is saying. Granny wants to know what is happening. Sua says SJ is stealing from her father. Granny, Sua, DJ and DP are shocked by the news. BH shakes his head. SJ leaves. Granny says it must be true. Granny goes to MB. Sua goes after SJ. Outside, Sua tells SJ they need to talk.

Granny tells MB that SJ can not quit. Granny protects SJ. She does not want him fired. MB says he is not qualified to run company. Granny leaves. DJ asks MB is he is OK. She tells him to think of Sua and not be so harsh.

Sua questions SJ about secret funds. Sua sides with MB. SJ tells her he is the president of the company and he can do what he wants. Who does she think she is? Sua questions SJ about the money he gave JY. She wants to know if it was from the secret funds. SJ nostrils flare. SJ tells her to pull over. He gets out of car. Sua is stunned.

AD and JS are having fruit, discussing MB. Sua comes home. JS wants to know what is wrong. Sua says MB is mad at SJ. She says SJ made secret funds behind MB's back. MB is not happy about it. Sua says SJ is still continuing working with the funds. JS and AD are very distressed to hear this.

DP tries calling SJ. His phone is off. BH asks her what she is doing. DP says she feels sorry for SJ. BH says it will be ok.

Sua tries calling SJ. SJ is playing racquetball like a maniac. He falls to the floor.

SJ is in office. AD comes to visit. AD talks to SJ. He lectures him about secret funds. He wants to know why he went against MB. BI interrupts them. AD leaves. BI says there is trouble at the site. SJ says to use violence. BI says that will not work. They need to negotiate with them.

MJ calls MB and tells him about the gangsters at the site and what they did to the residents. MB is furious. MB calls a board of directors meeting.

BH finds out about the residents at the site. BH gets a call from MB. BH goes to the Bong house and picks up MB. Granny wonders what is happening. She suspects it is something about SJ.

SJ goes to site. He introduces himself to the residents. They says he is the one who yelled at BH. A man throws water in SJ's face. He says his wife was injured at the last protest because of him. They will not forgive SJ. The man acts like he will throw more water, but does not. He says it is too precious to waste on him. BI says to take SJ to car. BI gets a call saying the board of directors is meeting for a new president.

SJ runs to the boardroom. Everyone is leaving. Everyone is giving SJ dirty looks as they leave. MB comes out in a wheelchair with BH pushing him. MJ tells SJ it's done. SJ yells at MB and asks him how he could do this to him. MB says you asked for it!!!!!! SJ is crushed!!!!!!

The high-and-mighty are dropping like flies!!!! Bwahahaha! Baekho for prez!

Did you hear SJ "Father how could you?" This comming from the man who lied, embezzled, bribe and blackmailed....

Ah the most soul satisfying episode so far! Go get 'em Mansu! (Wait until Granny discovers all this happened without her direction/input/spitefullness!)

Have you noticed how many of the thrills and spills in this drama have come after the wedding? The last few dramas could have ended with the wedding, but instead limped along to the end with a bunch of semi-useless episodes.

In that regard, LON is a definite upgrade.

Too many KDs build to a wedding & afterward there is no romance & definitely no passion until it piffles out. LON has had a good story.

I totally agree with you guys about dramas and the weddings. I am loving all of the fireworks coming at the end of this drama, and the way it has been a gradual, but steady buildup of events.

I was disappointed with last night's episode, I'd love to talk to KBS and tell them how to really do this well. When Granny was begging Mansu not to fire SJ, Mansu looked like he was weakening...that's not how his character should have acted. He should have definitely backed Granny off at that point, stuck to his guns and told her "he has single-handedly almost ruined this company - he goes - that's final!" But no, he's that wishy-washy guy again, thinking it over. Did not like how BH handled all of this, especially in the hospital room when he KNEW what was going on and just keeps that dumb look on his face (I love BH but not in this instance.) He never ratted out SJ once and that's just wrong, he should have done it out of loyalty to his father and dealt with DP later. But his father had to find out everything from Mr. Jo and the other guy....when BH knew all along. Brat is going to forgive him anything, even if it is at the expense of her father. Instead of Mansu just yelling you're fired, get out, etc. I wanted him to really let SJ have it, citing all the things that SJ has pulled so SJ is clear on the fact that Mansu knows what an insipid moron SJ truly is. But did love the part where they had the board meeting and I guess got a new president? Still wondering how we find out that BH is Mansu's son? It's almost over. I'd like to enjoy at least a couple more episodes to savor that...I hope they don't announce it in the last episode and then it ends.

Anything is possible. There are KDs where they just skip 5 years ahead (or a year, etc) & then you quickly find out what you waited 150 episodes to learn Gotta love 'em anyway!

this may sound wierd but that scene with mansu naming everyone in the hospital made me sick because old bag and brat were so happy. these two don't deserve anything good to ever happen to them and seeing them smile makes me wanna puke. between brat,js,and old bag i've given up asking myself who's worse. all three are just the most disgusting wastes of space ever and i can't put into words how much i hate them. just seeing them onscreen or hearing there voices makes me sick.

gotta love when old bag tells mansu that sj "meant well". are u kidding me? then she tells him to think about brat cause he's her husband? just beyond clueless and retarded. then in the previews brat of course is her usual self and actually has the nerve to be pissed at mansu for firing sj. i swear,these two along with js are just unreal. from the very first episode they've just been so vile and evil and there's not even an inkling of improvement. it's a given that sj will and is getting his just dues but these three diseases just skate through with nothing? i really don't get it.

you're absolutely right min joo......it's not enough. in fact, thats the biggest understatement ever. since these three are nothing but pieces of trash they should all get dumped in the back of a garbage truck and compressed till their eyes pop out. now that would be real justice imo. brat getting her heart broken? forgive me if i don't shed any tears for her. she deserves to have her neck broken instead. js should have her mouth stapled shut and old bag just needs to drop dead asap.

Actually now that I'm thinking about it seeing a evil character get exactly what they deserve, (such as a long slow painful death of inoperable liver cancer only to die with his preschool daughter at his side.) Not as rewarding as you think it will be.

MinJoo - not for me, I'll take the inoperable liver cancer anyday they deserve it. To me, you should always have to pay for the havoc you wreak upon others in life...I would not be happy with any "and they lived happily ever after" endings if it was a vile, evil, despicable person...

When there is a "happily ever after" the good folks get what they deserve in the end even if the bad folks don't. I'd rather see it that the good triumph than the bad suffer. It does make me feel better that way!

I'm happy to see the good triumph and equally as happy to see the bad get their's, as it should be. You can't go through life, never having to pay for the hurt you put onto others...that's just not right. Although, in the end when we all meet our maker, that's when they will truly be dealt with if they managed to escape it during their lifetime.
