Granny shows Dj the promissory note she wrote before she married MB. DJ is shocked. Granny tells her not to forget what she wrote. Dj tells her that MB is laying in the hospital and asks if this is all Granny can think to do. Dj screams at granny that MB could die and all Granny is worried about is if DJ will take her money. Granny yells back that DJ shouldn't forget what she wrote. DJ assures granny she won't forget, even after death. DJ storms out as Granny screams after her. After Dj leaves, Granny says that MB is a bad son for collapsing this way and asks what about her.
DJ initially goes to her room and throws herself on her bed sobbing. After a minute, she gets up and packs up her things.
Later DJ comes out of her room with a packed bag. Granny rushes at her and asks what she is doing. DJ tells her that she can take a hint and she is leaving. Granny yells that she never told her to leave. After DJ leaves, Granny yells for her to go ahead and that she isn't scared. Granny then starts crying wondering what she and MB will do.
DJ rushes out of the house and down the street. At one point she slows down and looks like she is having second thoughts about leaving.
BH is with MB, massaging his legs and talking to him. Brat walks in with flowers and listens to BH for a bit. BH gives up his seat for Brat and they make small talk.
SJ is at work in MB's office. BI comes in and tells him he can meet with the financial manager & the auditing team now.
SJ & BI wind up treating the team to dinner. SJ gives them a BS story about investing the money he hid. Then he tells the team that he and MB discussed the secret fund and MB approved. Sj tells them he wants their cooperation and he won't forget it. The financial manager tells SJ not to worry if it was for the company.
Eulsu is leaving work for his Chinese class. JY tells him UJ is coming over in a little bit. They discuss Eulsu's upcoming backpacking trip thru China. UJ arrives at Eulsu is leaving. UJ's mom calls his cell and tells him she is coming to Seoul. UJ asks JY if it is Ok for his mom to meet with her. JY agrees. UJ is so happy he hugs her. Vet Dad walks in and instantly covers his eyes and apologizes. The two break apart and UJ tells Vet Dad that was an important moment. Vet Dad tells UJ he should have locked the door then. JY is embarrassed. UJ tells Vet Dad that his mom is coming to Seoul and JY has agreed to meet her. Vet Dad is pleasantly shocked.
BH brings Brat some coffee. DP arrives with some snacks and invites Brat to join them. Sj arrives and DP notices he has been drinking. The doctor comes in and examines MB. He tells the 4 of them that they have to wait and hope. The doctor also mentions that a lot of the time the patient regains consciousness. Sj looks like a deer caught in the headlights. After the doctor leaves, DP tells SJ to go home, she and BH will stay. Dj arrives and tells them all to go home. She tells BH that she packed a large bag because she didn't want to go back and forth. The 2 couples leave. SJ and Brat decide to stay with granny.
DJ is holding MB's hand. She tells him to wake up so she can run away. She tells him to get up and protect her. As she is crying, she asks him if she did all that suffering for his money.
Granny is pacing the living room. She is upset that DJ packed up and left. She says that DJ will soon realize she should be grateful. The 2 couples arrive. Granny is surprised to learn that DJ went to the hospital. When Brat tells Granny what the doctor said, Granny assures them that MB will wake up soon. Brat tells Granny that she is going to sleep with her. Granny tells Brat & SJ to come into her room. BH and DP stand there looking uncomfortable.
In her room, Granny tells Brat & SJ to care for one another. She then tells Brat that SJ is going to be president. Brat gets upset when she hears that the Board of Directors wants to appoint a new president right away. Granny tells them to stay on their toes or Mr. Bak will be president.
In their room, DP & BH prepare for bed. DP is worried about DJ. BH comforts her. After a bit, BH goes out of the room to wash up. He runs into SJ in the hallway and asks him to reconsider convincing the residents before the ground breaking. SJ tells him to stop making an issue out of the residents. When BH tells SJ that this is what MB would have wanted, SJ calls him an amateur. Bh tells him that a pro would never use corrupt means. When SJ tells BH that the company is facing a crisis and there is no time to worry about the residents, BH tells him that MB would have followed his principles no matter what. Sj tells Bh to try convincing the residents.
Granny & Brat prepare for bed. Granny tells Brat to go sleep with SJ. Brat tells her SJ understands them asks about Granny's sister. Granny tells Brat that her sister is coming the next day. They are meeting at the hospital. Brat calls JS to tell her what is going on.
JS and AD are in the living room. JS comments on how empty the house feels w/o the kids. Brat calls. They talk about MB for a minute and JS tells Brat to comfort Granny. Brat tells JS that Granny is making SJ president of the company.
After she hangs up, JS excitedly tells AD that SJ is going to be the President of Bonjour. When AD comments that SJ is too young and inexperienced, JS defends him. AD says that rising that quickly is not good.
Uncle hugs Chan good bye and promises to come the next day to play with him. Chan wants him to stay but eventually accepts that he has to go. As Uncle is leaving, Chan asks Maie why Uncle can't stay with SY since they are married now. Maie doesn't have an answer.
Uncle arrives back at his office. Boss is just straightening up. Boss asks why Uncle didn't sleep over with SY. Uncle chases Boss out since he has to get some sleep. Boss comments that he can't believe Uncle has to sleep by himself when he is married.
The next day. DJ is washing off MB's arm and talking to him. Granny walks in to hear DJ tells MB that she feel for his hands. She tells him that his hands are so pretty but yet MB thought DJ's hands were the most beautiful in the world. Granny makes her presence known by saying that busy men don't remember things like that. Granny asks DJ what she is doing there, she thought DJ was leaving. Dj tells her not to worry - she is leaving when MB gets better. Granny calls her mean and says she was just reminding her of her promise. Dj asks her how she can only think of herself. DJ tells her that she wanted to be good to her. Granny yells at her saying "Fine, I am a bad mother-in-law". Granny's sister (Bongsoon - BS) walks in just then. BS heads straight for MB and starts crying over him. Granny tells her to stop, that MB is not dead. Dj says hello and BS begins fussing over her, saying she must be in so much pain. Dj tells her to gab with Granny cause she has to run to the store. As DJ leaves, BS starts yelling at Granny, telling her she must be really mean for DJ to leave that way. Granny tells her to be quiet cause she has a headache. BS tells Granny she shouldn't be like this and that DJ & MB were meant to be together. Granny says that DJ is bad luck and that is why MB collapsed. BS tells her that high blood pressure runs in the family. DJ hears everything from outside the door.
DP apologizes to her coworkers for leaving early. They tell her they know a lot is going on and they need to be understanding. After she leaves, they discuss the fact that the Board of Directors is appointing a new president. They also discuss the fact that MB wanted to promote BH but he refused. They admire BH for that. Bh walks in to hear them talking about the fact that he is ignored. The coworkers feel bad for gossiping but BH tells them not to worry about it. When he hears that things are not going well with the residents, GH suggests that they all go again.
SJ is in MB's office, on the phone, thanking someone for their support. After he hangs up, BI comes in and gives him an envelope of background material on the people supporting Mr. Bak. Included in the envelope are pics of an exec with a younger woman. BI tells SJ that it is low, but it is the most certain way to get what SJ wants. Sj is very pleased with the pics.
BS & Granny arrive back at Granny's house. The 2 sisters sit on the couch. Dp comes into the living room and greets them. Granny introduces DP to BS. BS likes DP right away and asks about BH. BH arrives right on cue. Bh rushes over to BS and gives her a bow. Once he stands up, BS looks as if she has seen a ghost. DP tells them she will go get dinner ready. BH says he will help. After the 2 leave, BS tells Granny that Bh looksjust like MB did when he was younger. granny deies it but BS is insistant. BH comes in with some fruit for the sisters. Both granny and BS stare intently at BH.

Thanks Chris! Although I'm not sure those are the best initials to call someone...
Before she came on I figured it could be one of two things- either she was really, really mean even worse than Grandmom and did more to push the Gmom vs Dongji story to the edge OR she turned out like she did and was cool and stood up for Dongji/gave Gmom some lip.  And when the scene unfolded where she was looking so closely at Baekho, as soon as that happened I was like, OMG! She thinks he looks like Mansu! That was awesome, like icing on the cool Aunt cake.
