Will "Semper ubi sub ubi" still be OK? Laugh Out Loud

I think that's what Vet Dad's new "friend" has been trying to tell him recently (but not yet in Philly).

(for all you who missed out on the fun of Latin in high school, "ubi" = where, "semper" = always, and "sub" = under..............freshman humor at its best)

I'd love to switch to Verizon but then I'd lose my only access to Korean dramas Sad

Kelly, have you ever been with Verizon? I'm sure FIOS is great, but Verizon is an absolute nightmare. They will suck you dry with endless charges and they treat people like crap.

I finally got out of being with them recently and I couldn't be happier. Not even their offer of a free HD-TV could get me to stay with them. I'd rather have a slightly-slower Internet than be with Verizon.

Do a "Verizon sucks" Google search before you make the leap.

Maybe you won't have any problems, but just be forewarned/forearmed.

I have Verizon DSL and have had 0 problems. I only pay $15 a month. And its good enough for what I use it for at home. For the "good" stuff I use the T3 lines at work. Evil / Twisted I know I'm spolied. Very Happy I plan to move to FIOS when it is available in my area. My friends who work in the IT dept with me have had FIOS since it was available and have had 0 problems. I guess for everyone its different. I recall when I switched from Satellite Direct TV and they were CRAP and treated us like crap that was the main reason we moved to Time Warner and I OVE my TW cable haven't had any issues and they have all the Korean Channels while Direct TV here in NY had nothing. J*m had told me he disliked TW and I OVE them and will not be going back to satellite. So I think its different for everyone.

I switched from Comcast to RCN about 8 years ago. I currently have RCN's Mach 20 internet service and couldn't be happier. They are comparably priced and their customer service is great.

Elizabeth

What can I do to have Comcast Digital Cable add KBN as a station to my current station line-up? I am stuck with Comcast since my husband will not switch to satellite and there is no other cable service offered in my area. Thanks hug

You and Kelly are right - everyone's situation is different.

Kelly - even though "Verizon sucks" gets about 19,000 results on Google, I was surprised to check out "Comcast sucks"..........32,000! Jaw Drop

Egad!

everyone who i know that is able to get Verizon FiOS LOVES it..no problems with the company and the internet is fast...i've never had problems using them as a company (i used to work for them as well!) but i think Comcast is one of the worst companies in our area...
reason we switched to DISH - so yes if there is anything we can do to get KBN on DISH i will do it!! anything to have the Drama Kingdom channel! Praise you!

you should make it to the get together if you can - lots of kdrama lovers there to talk to who will want KBN!!
