I can now say, not a fan of either radish.


It's actually a daikon radish that's cut up into squares. Very Happy
You basically peel then cube that huge sucker and then start making kimchee out of it. (NOTE: never try doing a box of it in one day. Your hand will hurt for DAYS!!!!)

Hmm- oil in mixed in with the cucumbers? Confused

Never heard of a cucumber side dish that had oil in it before, so I'll have to ask around. Give me a about a couple of days and I should get the recipe if it's familiar to my friends.

Noomma, I am assuming it is oil.
There is something on them..because of the shine.
Plus the red flakes are stuck to the cucumber.
