RichMom is in RichDad’s office at home and starts reading his diaries. She reads through and realizes that they did indeed have some happy times.

SH, EJ & RichDad are at dinner and give a hotel package for the weekend.

At the hospital, MJa & Jisu are waiting for EMO to wake up. BirthMom comes to see him. It will take several weeks to find out if the transplant works. EMO wakes up and is happy to see them all.

No one has still remembered YoungGmom’s birthday. She’s at the senior center with her friends. She is bummed ‘cause MTae never showed. She calls him on his phone and he scolds her for not helping at the restaurant. She tries to hide her tears in front of her friends. She lets them order whatever they want and cries when she sees the bill. She doesn’t have enough money to cover the bill and gives the manager a necklace to pay the bill.

MTae is at karaoke and calls MJu. He wants her to come and bring his employees. She hangs up on him. MJu tells everyone to go home early. MJu tells EJ that it’s YoungGmom birthday. EJ calls SH and reminds him (he forgot too).

YoungGmom is fuming. She calls MJu and doesn’t mention anything about the birthday. She hangs up. MJu did remember her birthday but played like she didn’t.

EMO & Jisu are talking about the wedding. BirthMom checks in on EMO. MJu & FCH walk in. Jisu introduces them to BirthMom. MJu invites her to the wedding. EMO wants her to go with Sejun.

MTae decides he going to be a man and talk with Miyeong. He sees her walking and offers her a ride. He’s in his glory with having her in the car. She’s not. She has him stop the car. She thanks him and gets out. He also gets out and asks her out. She tells him he’s putting her in a bind and that she has a boyfriend.

RichMom greets RichDad as he walks in. They eat dinner together. He tries to talk to her and she doesn’t answer any of his questions.

EH & Jimin are sitting in class. She’s looking at his drawing of her mom. He’s still sick & wearing the mask. She gets him medicine.

EMO & Jisu are talking about YoungGmom’s birthday. EMO thanks Jisu for introducing his BirthMom to the others. EH calls to ask about EMO. Jiung comes to see EMO. Miae & Jiung drive with Jisu to see YoungGmom for her birthday.

MJu & FCH arrive at the restaurant wanting to see YoungGmom. They bring a cake and when everyone else sees it, they realize at that moment that they forgot YoungGmom’s birthday! They all panic. MTae tries calling her. She won’t pick up. SH & EJ show up at the restaurant too. Oh boy – they are all in trouble.

Not the forgotten birthday plot!!! And they just did the rich girl can't cook plot. I swear, you could edit this show down to about twenty episodes of material and not be missing a thing (a testament to how badly they've stretched everything out and how flat most of the performances are.)

There is no such thing as young grandma saying, "Wow, all of us are so worried about the bone marrow transplant...I think I'll spend my afternoon with my grandson." She should be renamed MEME! SHe doe not have an unselfish bone in her body or an selfless thought in her head!

I was thinking the same too What about her grandson. I mean are birthdays not discussed when one knows their grandson is going in for a procedure?? Just shows what she thinks of him.
I am sorry But I was crying through the whole BM momma thing. I know I am really sensitive when it comes to Adoption stories.
But Got to feel for Dim-son My-tae talk about a Uh big let down and now mom is mad too... he can't catch a break ever...haha. Now I know why he wanted the car so bad. Trying to hook up with the ladies.

He's not my favorite character, but I felt bad for him, too. Miyeong wasn't very nice, but when I thought about how she was speaking to Eunja and how jealous/selfish she was about things, she reminded me of young grandma. Wow...maybe Uncle sees some of his own mother in her. (I think she is another MEME)
