One of the most popular footages from CSJ Show is 'Korean Madness' in youtube.com. 7.8 million views. Before CSJ show, he also hosted Sunday Sunday Night Show in the 90s. It was the most popular variety comedy show then. He literally rolled on the floor when laughing while hosting that show.

Lastly, I have just read Interview with Choi Soo Jong you linked. The article was written right after the end of DYJ, already a year ago. He simply said that his next drama would be a non-historical, and that he would not do a historical for at least for a year. Because of the killer production schedule, I don't blame him.

thanks for the clarification with reference to that interview. The translation was so choppy, it was difficult to ascertain the finer points of what was said. but truly, don't you think that a man of almost 50 years, with young children and a hot wife would be tired of doing so much hard work. i think my fear is justified that his days doing rugged swordsman roles in historicals may be over. i'm sure he's made enough money to be financially secure.

have you heard anything about him working on any new projects? for the past ten years, he's being doing at least one project per year... he should be due for something soon. the last thing he did was short, so i think he's due for another series contract of some kind if he plans to continue acting.

I saw on KBS News yesterday where Choi Soo Jong was involved in the musical version of Yi Soon Shin. Without subtitles, the best I could figure was that he was perhaps directing part of the show (he was showing someone how to hold a gun), but there was a clip from the production where I believe it was CSJ who was portraying the aged YSS.

Choi Su Jong certainly can sing. I believe it was Nancy who first clued me into that. He is a consummate entertainer.

Let me count the reasons I love him:
1. he's hot
2. he's fit & healthy and has STAMINA
3. he's one hell of an actor
4. director
5. singer
6. entertainer
7. doting husband
8. devoted father
9. he's got good genes, he looks 15 years younger than he is

Ok, the entertainment piece was run last night with subtitles. The piece was about new musicals about heroes. He isn't in any of them. He was being interviewed about heroes. I do my best to figure out things without subtitles, but sometimes I really do miss the point.

This popped up on allkpop late today. It's supposed to have photos but they weren't filled in in

We reported earlier that Song Ji Hyo will be the new guest family member on Family Outing. Filming
for another new episode took place earlier this week and it will be famous Korean actor, Choi Soo
Jong (46). While many of us will be disappointed, it will be an eye-opener for many in Korea as it's
his 1st time appearing on a reality tv show.

SnH Entertainment revealed on the 30th that Choi Soo Jong took part in the filming between 27 - 28th
July for Family Outing in a village situated in Jeollanam-do, as he experienced fishing, immunizing
goats, etc. with the rest of the family members.

SnH Entertainment added that even though it's been a long time since Choi Soo Jong appeared on
tv, this was his first time being on a reality tv show. But he still managed to complete the filming
successfully and the other family members, especially Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Hyori, took really good
care of Choi Soo Jong. Choi Soo Jung has thus left the filming with lots of good memories, created
over the two days of filming.

A pity that Park Ye Jin has left Family Outing, otherwise it would be nice to see a reunion between her
and Choi Soo Jong. They were both in KBS2TV sageuk drama Dae Jo Young back in 2007. Choi
Soo Jong's Family Outing will be aired on 16th and 23rd August. But many news agencies are saying
that Choi Soo Jong's episode will start on 9th August, which would clash with Song Ji Hyo's episode
unless Song Ji Hyo's episode is only for a week since it's a horror special. We should know the truth
this Sunday.

As the only FO fan I'm excited about this.
One of the things that's fun about FO is seeing celebrities with their guards down.

I wonder if he can cook, since I'm sure he'll find himself at least helping with dinner.
Man it would have been so cool if Yejin was still on the show.

It will air in Korea Sunday after next and be two parts with the second part airing the week after.
