WFH and Myeongju are talking. Myeongju tells WFH that they should live together for at least 10 years so they can get really close. WFH tells her to forget it and goes back to her room where she bitches to Jiung. Jiung suggests waiting until they can afford to move out but WFH shoots him one of her deadly looks and he goes back to reaqding to Mina.

Emo arrives at his room at the restaurant to find a copy of the wedding invitations. He calls Jisu and they gab about their new place. Jisu tells him she ran into Yeongmin and he congratulated them.

SB walks EH home. EH complains that she caught his cold. SB tells her he will take it back and kisses her. EH rushes into the house and is startled by SH. She rushes up to her room looking every bit like a deer caught in the headlights.

Myeongtae gets a call from a buddy and leaves his place in the employee's hand so he can join the party. After the party, Myeongtae asks one of his buddies who is going to NY to look for his ex-wife in Boston. Myeongtae gets an emergency call from his employee and rushes back to the karaoke place. The police are there because customers brought in whiskey and hookers and the owner is responsible. Down at the police station, Myeongtae is told he will be fined and his business suspended. Myeongtae whines about how nothing ever goes right and it isn't his fault. The cop basically tells him to save it for the judge. Back at the karaoke, Myeongtae yells at his employee.

Jiung tries to wake WFH to make breakfast but she refuses to get up. Myeongju winds up making it. WFH tells her she overslept. After WFH leaves the kitchen, Myeongju tells Jisu that WFH is on strike and it is cute. FCH joins them and Myeongju and FCH tell Jisu to contact her maternal grandmother.

BZ's Dad tells Mom that he will wait at the coffee shop for her. If she comes, he will assume she has forgiven him.

Eh, BZ and Sh are in the car on their way to work/school. They all hope that Mom and Dad can rediscover their feelings. BZ feels the baby move and gets all excited.

When Sb arrives for class, he and EH trade guilty looks. When he sits he tells her to take responsibility. He says, real loud, that he never kissed a girl before. She tells him she will if he will be quiet.

Old granny and Myeongja wonder why Myeongtae never came home the night before. Taesik calls him but he doesn't answer. Meanwhile, Myeongtae is asleep at the karaoke after obviously drinking most of the night.

Young granny goes to the senior center and hands out invites to the wedding. A nurse arrives and hands out results of a recent blood test. She tells young granny that she needs a more thorough exam at the hospital. One of young granny's croonies convinces her she has cancer.

Yopung granny rushes over to the restaurant and tells Taesik, Myeongja and Old Granny that she has gastric cancer. She refuses to go to the hospital to get checked out. Eventually she stomps out the door and goes to see Myeongtae. When young granny sees what state Myeongtae is in, she assumes, incorrectly, that he is lovesick.

Myeongju helps Jisu pick out a wedding gown. Myeongja calls and tells her to stop by after work to talk about young granny.

When Myeongju and Jisu arrive back at the office, they find young granny there staring at Miyeong. Young granny and Myeongju go for coffee and young granny asks her to set up Myeongtae with Miyeong. Myeongju refuses and young granny tells her she wants Myeongtae to be happy before she dies.

BZ's mom remembers a conversation she had with Dad about why he never divorced her. She goes to the hotel coffee shop and meets up with Dad.

 

What happen to Muyeong's limp?

Is that woman going to have cancer? Are we back to Miae being a witch? Can't they come up with a story line?

However, looks like BZ's mom and dad are about to get happy...horizontally speaking

I think Dad is going to weep first Duchess.
Then they will hold hands & play Parcheesi's.
The next morning both will awake refreshed & not a hair out of place.
They will both be in their pajamas button up to the neck.

And Chris could write a chapter or 2 on what they really did.

I was rather hoping for a scene with Dad carrying Mom on his back on the beach & then a roll in the bed with the blanket pulled up over their heads. Wait...no...that would be the standard young folks honeymoon I think you are right with the Parcheesi! I would never try to match your mind in these things, Chris!
