Yoon Joon-suh (Song Seung Heon) and Yoon Eun-suh (Song Hye Gyo) are siblings. Eun-suh is in fact from a different family as she was accidentally exchanged with another baby, but no one knows about this fact until one day, when Eun-suh has an accident, her blood is tested only to discover that her blood type is completely different from her brother's. After this discovery, their parents move to the US, and leave Eun-suh behind with her biological mother. Ten years later, Joon-suh returns to Korea and he begins to search for Eun-suh. Their reunion after being apart for ten years raise their childhood memories and soon they fall in love. However, their pure love will not be so easy because Joon-suh already has a fiancee who loves him very much. And Eun-suh has a partner, Han Tae-suk (Won Bin) who has loved her for his whole life.

Well while waiting for Deb to write here I can say this is in my top 3 of dramas because I love the stars so much -- the acting was right on and even if the story line was a bit contrived, the early part of the drama with the children was so heartbreaking -- and the child actors so talented -- that it remains one of my favorites!!!! A must watch if you ask me.....which you didn't but I just thought I'd give my 2 cents....which isn't even worth 2 cents anymore due to the price of gas and the trickle-down effect its having on our economy..... I also love this drama. Autumn is coming, and this is a good time to watch Autumn In My Heart. You will fall in love with Moon Keun Young.

It's the one making Korean dramas so super popular in Asia!
My hubby Jason likes Ms. Song, hye-gyo cuz of this drama. He always talks about "how sorry he feels for Eun-hee(Ms. Song's charactor)" And I think among all those Korean celebrities, he only can recognize Ms. Song. If you talked about Ms. Song... he will tell you..."poor Eun-hee, I almost cry when watching it"!!! While I... b9l3 b9l0

I just start watching this drama. Even my daughter likes it. She usually says the actors/actress were so ugly. Being a teenager, she has a different standard in terms of beauty. Anyway, she asked me if she can watch last night with 2nd episode. But I couldn't let her, because she was just too tired after La Crosse practice and still needed to do homework.

My mom thought this drama is too slow that she could not stand finishing it. But I thought it's a good pace. I will continue watching.

This Drama was amazing! I have seen three of the four "seasonal dramas" and although they were directed by the same person, each one manages to maintain its uniqueness. Autumn tale was one of the few "Sad" dramas that I have seen and it had me thinking about it for days afterwards. The actors, stroyline, and filming were all perfect. *humming the theme song*
