MY and Sejun share a tender brother moment. Sejun whispers in MY's ear that Jisu is very pretty.

EJ arrives home and Mom's not there. She sends the housekeeper home and says she'll finish dinner for her family. Mom's at the hairdresser and ignores EJ's phone call.

SH is helping out at the restaurant. Mja is still a little cold to him.

TS, & JH ask Jaedu, over lunch, if he would officiate at the kid's wedding. He's honored and accepts.

Mtae is at his karaoke place acting depressed. OG and YG try to get him to tell them what's wrong.

Jisu is at MY's bedside having him spell English words. SH stops by.

Mju and JH discuss what to give YG for her birthday the next day. Mjus says she likes cash.

Rich mom comes home with a new, big suitcase. EJ yells at her for making them worry. Rich mom says she's living her life the way she wants now.

Mom tells Jaedu she is going to visit her sister in New York. She asks him for a divorce since he doesn't have a reputation to protect anymore. Then she says no, a divorce would be a waste of 30 years of her life. He tells her she was the only woman for him 30 years ago and 10 years ago. She will always be the only woman for him. He then takes her passport and new suitcase away telling her she can't go anywhere if it isn't with him. He locks her passport in his desk drawer.

EA brings her mom tea in bed. She tells mom that she's proud of dad for turning down the position because he did it to protect her and the entire family. They shared a tender mother/daughter moment.

Bio mom visits MY. He tells her he can't call her mother so easily yet. He says it's fortunate he found her. He doesn't feel abandoned anymore. He thanks her for giving birth to him. He's happy. He doesn't want her to hurt anymore. He will always be Kim Taesik's son Jeong Muyeong. They hug.

Mja is thinking of locating MY's father's relatives because she doesn't think it's alright to keep him on their family register anymore. TS says don't worry about the register, it doesn't matter. He tells Mja about SH's plan to get EJ closer to the family.

Mja quickly serves breakfast the next morning. She wants to be at the hospital for MY's bone marrow transplant. YG watches as she gives out the soup (it's her birthday) but doesn't see any brown seaweed soup. She looks hurt that they forgot, but thinks it's because it's hectic.

Jimin comes into class with a surgical mask on his face so he doesn't give EA his cold.

MY is on the O.R. table face down and starts thinking about the past when he first met his bio mom and his new brother up to the present.

Rich mom goes into Jaedu's study and tries looking for her passport. She sees a stack of notebooks on the desk and wonders,,,,Hmmmmmm what are these?????? END

I really love this show but that scene with MY and his real mom where they made their amends blah blah blah was wayyyyyy too long and unnecesary. But oooooohhh! Rich mom is gonna read the diaries?? Sweet!

Now see I thought that was the typical sugar & sweet boohoo scene.
Like how they added the recap of events as he went under?
Muyeong had a reason for looking all spaced out.....drugs!


I was surprised how long & beautiful Rich Mom's hair was in the beauty salon.
She looked so gorgeous with it down. I wonder why we never see her that way?

Because she's a married lady. Glad she doesn't have it cut off and permed. Not the look for her. I guess her mid-life crisis will take a few turns when she reads the diaries.

Her hair looked so pretty down like that I was hoping that we would see her with this new hairstyle too! I was so disappointed she kept it that way

In the middle of typing this summary my hubby, Mr. Craig fell down our basement steps. He's okay, but I definitely think he broke his right ankle. It's a bit deformed. After my daughter and I got him settled in the recliner with Tylenol(which is not helping) and ice, I asked if he minded if I finished my summary before I took him to "work"(E.R.) He clenced his teeth and said okay, I know you have to get it done before tonight! (See he truly understands) I told him if he joined the group I would give him lots and lots of karma.

I blamed it on the rain because if it wasn't raining we would have been at my son's soccer game and this never would have happened.

Well off to the hospital I go. Hopefully he'll get some great pain meds out of this! (j/k)



I know I sound blase' about all this but he's broken this ankle once before and the other one three times. Broken bones are not uncommon in our family.

I hope your husband is ok. I hope it's not broken, but from your discription, it doesn't sound too good. I hope all goes well, and I know you will keep us posted.

I really liked Rich Mom's hair down too. It's a shame she didn't keep it down. To me, she actually looked younger with it down. I feel so bad for her husband right now. She is so mean to him.

I know, she was so pretty but I've seen enough Korean media to know older woman/Adjumas always wear their hair short or up.
(even Chulin changed her hair after marring)

Seriously, thank you everyone for your warm wishes. When I read over my post today I thought, man, I sound a bit cold, making him to wait for me!!! But he really was okay except for his ankle which is broken. It has a splint on now until I take him to the orhto doc on monday where they'll tell him if he needs surgery or just a cast. (cast please!!!!)


I honestly wasn't trolling for karma when I explained what happened, but you all have been so kind and Mr. Craig says thank you and his head is a little bit bigger today from all the posts he's been reading about himself!

I'm sure all the summary writers will agree with me on this. When I take notes while watching my episode I write in chicken scratch and then I try to type it here right away because I'm not sure if I'll be able to read my handwriting later on. That's why when he fell down the steps last night I was in the middle of typing my summary and I went, Oh Snap!!!! what now! When I got him settled about a half hour later I said I only have a little bit more summary to type, do you mind if I finish? He knew I'd have to do it all over again if I waited and he said go ahead , finish!! After I was done typing it I kind of thought it was funny and wanted to tell everyone about it! Don't worry, He's being rewarded today for being so nice about it!!!!

BTW - how do can you tell if you are addicted? You make your hubby wait to go to the ER after he broke something until you get your fix.

 

Get a laptop, that way you can type the summary as you watch it. Saves a lot of time and writing!!
