Bridezilla tells SH she is never having children. She hates them. SH wants kids and tells her she'll feel differently if it's her own. She tells him not to bring the subject up again.

MyeongJu(Aunt) and MyeongTae(Uncle) are in a coffee shop talking about birth mom. MyeongJu is telling Mtae to accept her. He has a duty to his blood relation.

Birthmom is telling stepmom she(bmom) should leave and not cause anymore trouble. Stepmom starts to feel sorry for her and tells her to stay until she regains her strength.

Yeongnim calls Jisu and wants to meet her. She tells him no and don't call me any more, I won't answer. His sister comes to his office and tells him their mom is sick in bed because he moved out and how could he do this over a girl. He says he doesn't want to be a puppet like her(sister).(Ki-joon in MSMD needed this writer writing for him )

Yeongnim visits fakeLCH(Jisu's dad) and asks for his approval for him and Jisu to get married. Ynim says they will go abroad and in time his family will come to accept her. Dad says to talk to Jisu first and he will go along with whatever she decides, but don't get his hopes up.

MyeongJu sees Yeongnim outside her office and tells Jisu when she goes inside. Jisu tells her they broke up and that's why she's not answering his calls or meeting him. They are not compatible.

Bridezilla's dad(on his way home from hiking) meets SH on the street and asks him to go for a beer. (I must say I'm enjoying the camaraderie between these two) They talk about how communication is important in a marriage. Dad gets very drunk, but they're both having alot of fun.

BZ's mom is at home all alone feeling sorry for herself. She starts making that concoction of food all mixed together with sesame oil where they shove it into their mouth with a giant spoon and continue to talk with their mouths full. (it was fun watching her do this!)

Jisu is telling her dad at dinner to get married before her and he is telling her not to wait for him to get married. He tells her Yeongnim visited him and she says she can't marry him because she can't be herself with him. While dad is eating he drops his spoon and food flies out of his mouth while eating. (I'm glad they didn't edit this out, it was funny)

Myeongja's family is sitting around the family table and birthmom is telling stepmom how pretty she is and everyone is bending over backwards serving stepmom fruit first. Myeongju is so great in this. She tells birthmom to stay as long as she likes and to sleep in her room with stepmom. Taesik too, he offers his peeled tangerine to stepmom first (good move) and then one to birthmom.

Eunha(short skirts) is helping Emo(Muyeong) with his English in school. She's telling him how good looking he is. Seems like she's definitely making a move on him. They go home together on the subway; she's never taken it before. Emo calls her a princess. She stands right in front of a middle aged guy who is sitting down and he stares (more like leers) at her legs and she kicks him and tells him not to stare at her legs. The man tells her not to wear short skirts! Emo apologizes to the guy and pulls her onto another train car.

Emo walks the princess home. BZ is outside and asks her if she is dating Emo. Princess says yes, but don't tell mom or I'll tell her about your honeymoon.

BZ's dad and SH come home. Dad is drunk and is very happy. Mom is upset and tells SH to take dad to "the" room. SH, not knowing about their seperate sleeping arrangements, takes dad to mom's room while she's screaming, "Sanghyeong, not there, Sanghyeong." End

I've decided Eun-joo appears to be a brat because she looks everyone in the eye when she talks to them or them scold her. Extremely direct.

I thought they just called that bad acting... lol


You do have to think Sanghyeon should've talked with her about having kids before getting married, but I'm not giving Eunjoo a break especially considering what it looks like she's going to pull in tomorrows episode.

Greg, I think you and that guy on the subway have something in common!

That's what I was thinking when I watched last night! They got married . . . you'd think the subject might have come up at some point?!? How could he have had no clue?

That is not quite true. A modern woman can want to have children also. And if she knew he was traditional, then he had to know she was a modern woman.

It was wrong on both their parts not to talk about children and family. She wanted to be with him and he wanted to be with her. They should have talked about their values and what they expect in this marriage.
So it isn't Eun-jo(sp?) fault alone.

Looking back at 2007... Remembering how we hated some of these characters... but now ... compared to YAMD:s Brats, Moms and Grandmoms... these guys are now just simple folks.
