Despicable MIL thinks Angelic MIL will be mean to Dan Bi? Impossible! Not even the worst EMIL could be mean to Dan Bi - she's too incredibly cute!

Grandma must be a heluva scary person. Even Despicable MIL is terrified of her - or maybe her smelly feet...

Wow! Grandma literally blows Despicable MIL off her feet with one yell! That's one scary woman!
It'll be interesting to see the relationship between Despicable MIL, Angelic MIL, and Grandma play out. Grandma detests her current DIL (DMIL) and had so much love for her former DIL (AMIL). Should be interesting, if the producers decide to expand on that line.

Su Ah is behaving more like a spoiled brat with each episode. Instead of spreading her legs, she's spreading dissension because of her jealousy of Dan Bi's pregnancy. She should be wearing skimpy clothing to seduce her husband, instead of wearing that perpetual scowl. What man would want to bang a woman with such an attitude? It's obvious that there's going to be a battlke of DIL favoritism developing: Dan Bi is her FIL's favorite, and Su Ah is AMIL's favorite.

In a perfect world, Su Ah and Dan Bi would team up and battle it out with Mi Jin and her hot friend. They could have a cage match, and they'd tear off each other's clothes while they were fighting... in a perfect world...

Will Dab Bi actually get married today, or will Grandma, now that she's met her formerly favorite DIL, stop the whole thing? Or will Mi Jin show up and make such a scene the wedding will be called off? And how long will we have to look at the fright wig Aunt is wearing?

Wow! I thought for sure Dan Bi was going to have a miscarriage at her wedding. But it may be on the way, from the way she's been grabbing at her stomach. Then, AMIL will have an excuse to cast her out into the gutter, and Su Ah can go back to being her best friend.

Why, oh why, do these wanabe actresses get that spot put on them? On one it was unique, on all it's absurd!

That scene between AMIL and Mi Jin was classic melodrama - right out of silent movies! Bravo to the director! AMIL throws Mi Jin down onto the floor, in a pool of bright light. AMIL looms above her, partially in shadow, castigating her for her sordid past while Mi Jin looks up in defiance. The last look Mi Jin gave AMIL in that scene was magnificent! So evil! So sultry! BRILLIANT!!!

Now we know all about Mi Jin's SORDID past:

1. She's an ORPHAN GIRL!

If that wasn't bad enough,

2. She worked IN A BAR!!

And, even worse,

3. She was the MISTRESS of the chairman of Haesong Group, who's wife (being a friend of AMIL's) has been in therapy because of her husband's infidelity. Too bad she had to leave for her vacation in Spain before seeing Mi Jin at the wedding.


I CERTAINLY HOPE NO ONE IN THIS GROUP HAS EVER WORKED IN A BAR!!!!! What disgrace! What shame! Admit it now and allow Theresa to expel you before you are cast out in infamy!!!

This is a sequence from that scene I think is so brilliant. Great job, director and actresses Park Tam Hee (Mi Jin) and Lee Hwee Hyang (AMIL)!

Now we have to wait til Monday to see if Dan Bi is going to fumble. If she does, that provides an excellent opportunity for Mi Jin (pictured at the left) to blackmail AMIL: 'throw Dan Bi into the gutter and give me Ji Hwan, or I'll tell your husband you were married before to Dan Bi's father.'

I haven't had a chance to see this one as it gives when I am at work and did not know what time it gave here to DV-R it.. Just knew it was a morning drama but what time??... well I had a day off yesterday since I have to work today and I finally came across this one...looked somewhat interesting...SBS usually does well with its Dramas...unlike KBS and its recent streak of ho-hums... even though "Road Home" is showing some promise... well from seeing 1 eps it was easy to figure out who was who and what was what... Just from seeing that 1 eps I was able to figure out that Jim's Avatar was the Evil Ex and was going to leave because her ex got married even though she probably tried a bunch of sh*t to get him back...that was TILL she overheard that her Ex's mom was once married to his current wife's dad. ...now she CAN'T leave because she has something to use against them... WHY OH WHY do these women NEVER learn to not talk secrets in the Ladies Room...HELLO its a public place...or at least check the STALLS for god's sake!! ... could tell that Grandma loved the Ex-DIL and that the new DIL and here don't get on just by the looks on DIL's face around Grandma...figured out the new bride was preg when new hubby said that he wasn't going to carry her on his back for her but for "insert cute baby name here"... and that there may be a problem with the pregnancy when she started holding her stomache...and low and behold when she comes out of the restroom telling hubby she sees blood...soooooo I think I am caught up

One question though...I read Jim say that Salon Uncle was involved with someone (I think an aunt) but uh from what I saw Salon-Uncle seemed a bit...well ahem "Flamboyant" ...I'm confused.

I thought Salon Uncle was gay, too . . . but as it turns out, it seems that he's been carrying the curly-haired girl in his heart for some years now. Cruly-haired girl is the sister of the bad husband guy, who abandoned his then-pregnant wife (not sure if they were "legally" married, or just living together). The increasingly psycho Mi Jin is gathering all this information on AMIL...for what? Is she going to blackmail her? For what? Is it just a matter of feet-groveling? I don't see her purpose.

I'm sympathizing more with Su Ah. FIL is clearly overdoing it with his favoritism toward Dan Bi, so Su Ah is justified in being jealous, but she shouldn't take it out on poor, innocent Dan Bi.

Since Dan Bi is an official in-law, why isn't she going back to work for Uncle Flamboyant? The whole point of his getting rid of her was because he knew she was the daughter of the Despicable Family, but know she's his in-law, so it's alright.

Flashback violence! Hee Suk getting salt thrown at her by Grandma, and Grandma slapping her son, Yu Il, for bring the home-wrecker home...to wreck the home...

Meanwhile, Psycho Mi Jin screams herself into unconsciousness on the bridge...

Most likey, as salt is a prime ingredient of kimchee and is effectively used to repel unwanted visitors.

Once more, Mi Jin is cast down to the cold, hard ground. How sweet her revenge is going to be!

I keep waiting for someone to fall, or be pushed, down those long steps. I'd be seriously careful when climbing them in the winter.

The back and forth between AMIL and DMIL is almost funny - they even gave each other indigestion!

Okay, Su Ah is really getting psycho. In fact, if she and Mi Jin had a psycho contest, I'm not sure who'd win.

Oh yeah. Really bright, Mi jin. Have your slimy PI take pictures of you force-kissing Ji Hwan through an open door at night and show them to Dan Bi... Like, where did the pictures come from? Who took them? How did you happen to end up with them? Doesn't that strike you as a little strange? Do you not think Dan Bi has watched enough k-dramas to know that old trick?

I have to admit, I really like Flamboyant Uncle. His gross over-acting is a highlight of this show.

Ah, the old cucumber allergy ploy! I should have seen that coming...

We mustn't cause Dan Bi stress by telling her the truth. Her small uterus may explode... Let's just let her find out the half-truth for herself - we could get an even bigger bang!

Auntie isn't wrong: she does have a pretty nice body, but what the hell was that move she was doing?
